Cesar Chavez Day is a federal commemorative holiday, introduced in 2014 and has been celebrated in our country since 2000. This holiday is annually recognized on March 31st as it celebrates the birth and legacy of the civil rights and labor movement activist, Cesar Chavez.
The Center for Leadership and Service, Office of Outreach, and our UNT Organizations will host the inaugural Cesar Chavez Day of Action on Wednesday, March 31st from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.
